I'm feeling very enthusiastic! Alyse really took her time to be thorough & made sure I understood the topics we discussed.

She also left me dumbfounded at the end of our session! The complimentary oracle reading was full of synchronicities & touched on subjects we talked about in our consultation. I honestly feel amazing and hopeful! I attend weekly therapy sessions, but one thing I do not bring up in sessions a lot is self-love & self-care .. which I feel are 2 very important things that contribute to the headspace that I am in. Alyse really helped to put things into perspective for me - things that I have not even considered like connections to my inner child or childhood. Thank you so much!

After our session, I felt clarity and enlightenment in how to shift my mindset and way of thinking with personal events that were discussed.

This was an invigorating experience and session and I am super grateful for what I got out of it. I took some notes and I look through them daily to help myself as some sort of guidance when I start to doubt myself, my thoughts or my actions. Self-love has not always come easy to me, there are many times where I would be unkind to myself and harsh.

Self-care and self-love is a very inconsistent and on again/ off again kind of practice to me but this session helped me see how powerful it can be if done so consistently and with guidance.

I am looking forward to booking more individual sessions and continuing on this journey!

Alyse has absolutely stepped up to the task of becoming one of the emotional and spiritual teachers that I will carry throughout my seasons. What I love about her is she has an action plan that helps you reach your goals emotionally and spiritually and sets you up for a day-to-day life where you don’t need her and you can cope on your own.

I feel a lot lighter since working with Alyse. She has brought balance back into my life which I’ve always had trouble with. Part of self-love is having radical compassion with yourself. But still, even so, life will always ebb and flow, and during the moments where I feel like I can’t handle the storm and need a little extra support. You can bet that I can count on her to get me back on track.
